Coolant funnel kit

Coolant funnel kit: First, drain old coolant and attach the universal adapter. Next, connect the 1,600 ml funnel. Additionally, use extension pipes for limited space. Finally, pour new coolant to bleed air. Next, add fluid and run the engine to remove air. Then, watch the clear tube for bubbles to ensure a full refill. Finally, remove the tool easily without spills once the air is out.

  • For anti-spill coolant refilling and air bleeding.
  • Includes 4 extension pipes for confined space or tricky angles.
  • Transparent lower chamber displays the amount of air bubbles remaining in the radiator.
  • Includes a universal adapter with rubber rings fitting most of radiator and expansion tank filler necks.
  • Funnel capacity: 1,600 ml / 54.1 Oz. suitable for passenger cars, trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.

Instruction:

  • Drain old coolant from radiator drain plug.
  • Choose a suitable rubber ring and fit to the adapter on the radiator or expansion tank filler neck.
  • Connect the extension pipes (7-9) if meeting limited space problem.
  • Connect funnel to the radiator adapter or extension pipes (Fig. 1).
  • Pour adequate amount of coolant into the radiator.
  • Turn on the engine and run at idle for air bleeding. The transparent tube shows clearly the residual bubbles in the radiator.
  • When air bleeding is done, the special anti-spill feature helps mechanics disconnect the funnel from the radiator adapter with minimum spills (see below).
