Brake calliper piston tool

Brake calliper piston tool CAK0147T streamlines Tesla brake maintenance. Initially, set the EPB to Service Mode. Next, attach the specific adapter and connect the airline. Then, mount the tool and press the power button to secure it. Meanwhile, rotate the lever to wind back the piston. Finally, press the release button to finish. Consequently, this pneumatic tool saves energy while handling both regular and reverse-threaded pistons with professional precision.

Feature:

Instruction:

  • Disactivate the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system and put the calipers into “Service Mode”.
  • Choose a suitable adapter.
  • Connect the adapter to the magnetic pins on the pneumatic tool tip (Fig. 1).
  • Connect the pneumatic tool to shop airline.
  • Press pressure release button and turn the rotating lever to adjust the length.
  • Mount the pneumatic tool to the brake caliper (Fig. 2).
  • Press power button to fix the tool on the brake caliper.
  • Make sure the tool is securely installed on the brake caliper.
  • Press power button continually and turn the rotating lever to wind back the brake piston (Fig. 3).
  • After the piston is winded back to the proper position, press pressure release button to remove the pneumatic tool from the brake caliper (Fig. 4).
