Cylinder head resurfacer
Cylinder head resurfacer tools verify engine block flatness during overhauls. First, select the appropriate S50C steel tool size for your engine. Next, place the rectifier onto the cylinder base. Then, check the manufacturer's manual for specific clearance limits. Additionally, tilt the tool and insert a feeler gauge at various spots. Finally, confirm the tolerance is within 0.03 mm to ensure a precise seal.
