Grinder wheel metal

Grinder wheel metal: Clean dirt and rust from wheel hubs, rims, and brake drums before reassembling. Use on European vehicles with 60–160mm hub diameters. Install the cleaning pad securely without gaps. Connect to an 8mm female drive on impact or cordless screwdrivers. Operate at low RPM to ensure proper balancing and bolt torque. This heavy-duty tool prevents surface corrosion issues during wheel maintenance.

Feature:

  • For removing and cleaning dirt and rust from the contact surface of the wheel hubs, wheel rim, and brake drums before reassembling.
  • Helps prevent bad balancing or bad bolt tightening torque due to corroded surfaces.
  • Suitable for studless wheel surfaces, commonly found on European vehicles, with wheel hub diameter between 60 and 160 mm.
  • Work with impact drivers and cordless screwdrivers with 8 mm female drive

Instruction:

  • Install the cleaning pad on the tool. Make sure that there is no gap (Fig.1 and Fig. 2).
  • Connect to an impact wrench or cordless screwdriver. Operate the cleaning process with low rpm. Fig. 3 shows the cleaning on the contact surface of the wheel hub, and Fig. 4 shows the cleaning on a brake drum.
