OPERATION MANUAL

Instructions

1. Carefully undo and remove the radiator cap use a damp cloth or gloves and arm protection if the radiator cap is known to be hot.
2. Select the correct adaptor and configuration of the stationary seat acces sories and ensure it is securely fitted to the filler neck of the radiator or expansion tank.
3. Attach the " push-fit" connector onto the male tailpiece of the adaptor fit ted to the radiator.
4. Depress the hand pump handle and check the reading indicated on the gauge. Ideal readings should range between 12-15PSI(check relevant manufacturer's workshop manual), if the pressure level is below the range, a leak in the radiator or hose is the source of the problem.
5. Once the test is complete, release the air pressure by pressing pressure release valve. Disconnect the quick coupler and adaptor assembly.

Pressure Hand Pump

Includes pressure release valve that, after testing, releases pressure buildup before removing the adaptor from the radiator neck.
