Pneumatic spark plug cleaner

Pneumatic tools: Furthermore, this aluminum alloy spark plug cleaner operates at 90 PSI with a 3/8" air hose. Initially, install the unit (8" x 3-1/4" x 2-1/4") vertically. Subsequently, add abrasive and attach the sand bag. Furthermore, insert the plug (electrode down) and press the switch to clean. In addition, after cleaning, use air to clear any residual abrasive.

Installation Instructions:

  • Initially, it is recommended to install vertically on a wall with the air inlet facing downward.
  • Subsequently, pour abrasive sand into the bottom sand reservoir.
  • Use the retaining clip to attach the sand bag to the body.
  • Use the connector to connect to the air compressor.

Operation Procedure:

  • Adjust the air compressor pressure to 90 PSI
  • Insert the spark plug (electrode facing downward)
  • Press the switch to start cleaning
  • For more intensified cleaning, switch the BAR position
  • After cleaning, turn off the switch and remove the spark plug
  • Use air to blow away any remaining abrasive.
