Connector quick disconnect on Tesla Model 3 and Y requires the CAA0361 TAIWAN CALIBRE Coolant Connector Removal Tool (OEM 1111868-00-B). Position the tool to spread the hose fitting clips wider than the Power Conversion System barb. Then, pull up on both the tool and hose fitting together to safely disconnect the coolant hose from the PCS.

  • To release the clips that attach the coolant hose to the Power Conversion System (PCS).

Instruction:

  • Use the coolant connector removal tool to spread the hose fitting clips wider than the barb on the PCS.
  • Pull up on the tool and the hose fitting together to disconnect the coolant hose from the PCS.
