Clutch alignment tool: This versatile device simplifies aligning clutch plates with crankshaft pilot bearings or cover plates. To operate, first select the appropriate adapter for your pilot bearing. Next, utilize the patented parallel expansion technique to secure the tool body. Consequently, the expanding segments ensure the clutch plate stays centered. Finally, this allows for a precise installation relative to the flywheel, even on assemblies without traditional pilot bearings.

Size:
  • For Clutch-Hub-Ø: 15 - 28 mm.
  • For Pilot bearing Ø 12,14,15,16,17,18,19 mm.

Feature:

  • As a result of parallel expansion technique it is possible to align the clutch plate to the pilot bearing in the crankshaft flywheel.
  • Clutch assemblies no longer equipped with a pilot bearing in the crankshaft can be aligned with the cover plate using the new parallel expansion technique.

Advantage:

  • The expanding segments expand in the same axis of both the tool body and the crankshaft, so that alignment of the clutch plate is possible relative to either flywheel or cover plate.
