Flaring kit (CA650003): Designed specifically for 3/16” SAE tubing. To use, insert the tube into the tool, ensuring it is properly aligned. Secure the tube tightly, then apply the flaring cone to create a precise, professional-grade flare. This compact tool is essential for automotive brake line repairs, providing a reliable seal for high-pressure systems with minimal effort.

DIN Flaring (Two ways to use):

  • OPTION 1: Keep the pipe end flat against center line. Tighten the locking screws fully to clamp the pipe.
  • OPTION 2: Insert the position bolt, then keep the pipe end flat against it. Tighten the locking screws fully to clamp the pipe.
  • DIN Convex Flare: Insert the punch end and tighten fully up to hexagon.

SAE Flaring (Two ways to use):

  • OPTION 1: Keep the pipe end flat against center line. Tighten the locking screws fully to clamp the pipe.
  • OPTION 2: Insert the position bolt, then keep the pipe end flat against it. Tighten the locking screws fully to clamp the pipe.
  • SAE Double Flare (Concave): Insert the OP1 and punch (l.D. groove) and tighten fully up to hexagon. Remove the punch, rotate and insert the OP2 end punch and tighten fully up to hexagon.
