Ball joint separator CAB180002 is a heavy-duty drop-forged carbon steel tool for decoupling automotive joints. To operate, select the 24mm or 17mm jaw size based on the application. Slide the fork between the ball joint and the steering arm. Use a hammer to strike the handle end, applying force until the tapered joint pops loose. Ensure the vehicle is securely supported before beginning work to ensure safety.
