Cutter glass

 Cutter glass: To cut glass 3-10mm thick, place sheets on newspaper and clean the surface. Apply oil to the tungsten carbide wheel. Hold the walnut handle as shown and score the glass at a 135-degree angle. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent chipping. The zinc alloy body and HRA 88-90 six-blade tip ensure professional, clean breaks for general cutting requirements.

Feature:

  • This cutter is suitable for general cutting requirements of glass with a thickness of 1/8" to 3/8" (3 to 10 mm). Cutting angle 135 Degrees.

Material:

  • Six-blade tip: Tungsten carbide steel, Hardness: HRA 88-90 
  • Body: Zinc alloy 
  • Handle: Walnut wood.

Instruction:

  • Use several layers of newspaper under the glass sheet as a cushion and to absorb any unevenness in the surface. Clean the glass sheet to be cut.
  • Hold the tool as shown in the figure. Apply a drop of oil to the carbide wheel before use.
  • WARNING: Avoid pressing the glass cutter's carbide wheel too hard against the glass surface, which can result in chips and splinters coming loose from the glass surface.
